A carefully designed program broken into 6 sessions, aimed to develop consistency in personal awareness and growth.
- First Consultation: Guided discovery session designed to inspire growth and active self-development. This session helps shape and personalize future sessions.
- Meditation: Experience the depths of life experience design where you will learn how to relax deeply and overcome anxiety through a guided meditation and mentoring session. This will strengthen your capacity to maintain a consistently constructive state of consciousness long after the session is over.
- Introspection: What will “a new you” be like? During this time, we will focus on strengthening your relationship with yourself by sharpening your internal compass so you may become more finely attuned to your needs.
- Achieve your goals: During this session we will build the tools, awareness exercises, targeted at working your motivational muscle memory.
- Self Confidence Session: Just like any strong structure your foundations are vital. During this session we will focus on building your foundations. We do this by targeting specific internal encouragement techniques that build upon and enhance your self-image, self-worth and finally getting to the root of who ‘ I AM ‘.
- Maintaining your momentum: In this session we will work broadly on prioritization techniques and anti-procrastination methods. You will learn how to practice consistency and control even in the face of adverse circumstances.
I understand that we are all different and for that reason I am a firm believer in finding your own path. The Breakthrough Paradigm is a framework within which we will work together to construct a tailored path just for you.
This level of coaching is unlike anything else you have experienced previously and will be custom cut to as many or as few sessions as you need to reach your goals.
